Downtown Evansville Engagement Session | Blake + Amanda | Evansville Wedding Photographer

When I first met with Blake + Amanda over Skype to book their wedding, I began to realize very quickly that they would be a total blast. I just knew these two were a match made in heaven and now that I’ve met them I couldn’t have been more right. They both have very strong personalities. But on the inside, they are soft, sweet and semi-romantic. He really loves her and makes her laugh…which is absolutely contagious.

We were talking about the wedding, how they met and the two brought up scheduling their engagement session soon. They mentioned that they come down to Evansville for the Fall Festival EVERY SINGLE YEAR and they are super into the food and organizations present. As soon as I mentioned that I had never been to the Fall Festival, I thought Blake was going to fall out of his chair!!!   I had NO idea about the Fall Festival. I had no idea about the food {ok I lie. I have heard about these amazing fried oreos and would kill to try them} So Blake said to me…YOU have TO GO!

Then we immediately decided that we would start their engagement session at the Fall Festival and then work our way into a more romantic scene. So I hit the Fall Festival on Monday to check things out  {oh my goodness I tried the fried oreos and they were absolutely delish!!!} On Tuesday we joined up and hit the Fall Fest. It was amazing. Watching these two walk the streets, him ordering her fried oreos, her helping me place her gorgeous ring beside an oreo… pretty cool.

Then when we were done there we headed downtown and got super lovey dovey. These two are beyond cute. He would make her laugh so big. And I love that. I LOVE that he makes her laugh. Genuinely laugh. There is nothing better than watching two people have a little fun in front of my camera.

Congratulations you two. I couldn’t be happier that you two met. Fell in LOVE. And are engaged to get married!!
