Jourdan + Kaylee Engaged! | New Harmony Indiana Engagement Session

Jourdan + Kaylee. ENGAGED!!

Kaylee was on a four week pharmacy rotation in Juneau, Alaska. Her family decided to take a trip to visit her while she was there.  Kaylee and her family were waiting downtown Juneau to board a boat to go whale watching when Jourdan snuck up behind her and put his arms around her. When she turned around not only did Jourdan pop the question but his family was also present! Kaylee was in shock and of course said YES! What a surprise proposal!!

Kaylee and Jourdan are such a FUN couple! I can’t even tell you how much fun I had running around New Harmony with these two. Jourdan grew up in New Harmony so naturally this was a great place for them to have their engagement session.

We started on the main road that brings you into town. Underneath some trees where the leaves had already started falling. The sun was beaming in beautifully and the leaves just added a gorgeous touch for the fall look we desired. We took some amazing images here and then ran off to a few more spots before ending the session right underneath the sunlight. These trees are magnificent. Tall. Woody. Sunlight shining in. For about 20 minutes we felt alone. Completely alone. There were no cars. No talking of other people. No passer-byes. Just us.  It was perfect and so were these two during their engagement session.

These two are pretty unstoppable.  Their coordinating attire. Their fun and personable personalities. The RING! Tell me that ring isn’t just absolutely gorgeous!

Jourdan + Kaylee. You guys are too much fun. I adored being with you two from the minute we started to the minute we ended this gorgeous session. I love that you two were so comfortable with me. I love the love you guys share. You two rocked your engagement session!! I can’t wait to see you, Kaylee, getting on a gorgeous white gown walking down the isle to your future. Jourdan. I mean Jourdan!! You are a lucky guy! I can’t wait to share your wedding day with you and be there to capture the big day!
