Jourdan and Kaylee had the perfect wedding day. The forecast said it was supposed to rain but it held off for the entire day. I remember going outside and finding the beautiful field that we used for photos and praying…for a quick second….please. Don’t rain on me today. Even though the sky got dark and we all thought we were going to get wet we didn’t! And I’m so glad because this small little field – so gorgeous – was surrounded by streets and buildings. I craved images in this field and am so blessed the rain held off for Kaylee and Jourdan’s special day.
Kaylee and Jourdan are sweethearts. Everything about them is amazing. The way they talk to each other, the way they look at each other even they way they walk together. I remember when Kaylee told me about Jourdan’s surprise proposal in Alaska. I mean how amazing it must have been to be in Alaska with family and have NO clue that your best friend and love was there too. He asked her in front of everyone and I know it was truly a blessed day. Such an amazing surprise proposal.
I’m so excited to finally publish this wedding here and can’t wait to design Kaylee’s Wedding Book with all of these gorgeous images. This is something she will have and hold forever. Something she will get to pass down. A true heirloom of moments frozen in time from their amazing special day.

From start to finish, these two made my job so […]

✅ 1. Set Boundaries With Your Calendar No more saying yes to everything. I only take a set number of weddings per year and I block off weekends for my family, rest, or personal creative projects. I also don’t love working on Sundays {I love going to church and spending that day with my family and friends} so […]
