As you plan your wedding day, a ton of time and energy goes into choosing all of your wedding details. You will choose THE gown, the perfect bridal shoes and plan everything all the way down to the earrings you will wear. We LOVE documenting these details and know how important it is that you remember your wedding day for years to come. We also adore including these images in your book or album. These special images are part of your love story and help make up the look you have the day you became a MRS!
When I arrive on your wedding day, the first thing I will do is photograph all of your wedding details. I always ask that we prepare all of these things ahead of time and in a wedding timeline {for our couples} wedding details is always done first. We normally grab all of your items up as soon as we arrive. We had a bride a while back who purchased an inexpensive box and on the day of, she places all of her details in the box so that when we arrived we could grab it and get to work right away. She definitely gave us a great idea and this also serves as a way we can carry everything to and from where we will photograph them. Genius!
Gown
Bridal Shoes
Veil
Invitation Suite
Stamps
Ring dish or Ring Box
Ribbon you used for your Bouquets
Wax Seal if you used one for Invitations
Brides Rings
Grooms Ring
Bridal Jewelry {earrings, necklace, bracelet}
Garter Set
Extra floral stems
Your bouquet
Groom + Groomsmen boutonnieres
His Shoes
His Watch
His Bow Tie / Tie
Any other sentimental details that you may want to include such as {love letters, vow books, hanker-chief, heirloom pieces, ring box etc.}
Have your maid of honor be in charge of the box. When we arrive, she can help us locate it and when we are done we can securely give this box/bag back to her. She should also know where to locate your gown + wedding shoes.
Have your florist leave extra stems so that when we style all of your wedding details, we can use floral stems and flower buds to help us tell a complete story.
Plan this out ahead of time so that when we do arrive, we are able to get to work right away styling and documenting these precious and sentimental items.
Just like with your engagement session, don’t forget to have your ring cleaned by a Jeweler before the big day. We know you want it to be sparkly and beautiful!
Happy Wedding Planning to all of you amazing and lovely brides! We hope this post helps you a ton while preparing for your big day with us!
