Dalton and Taylor are the cutest. They have so much giggly love for one another and it was such a pleasure to be the one to document their engagement! Taylor really loves the old feel of the brick roads and historical homes so we planned a downtown Evansville engagement session for these two. The fall look was perfection and exactly what Taylor was hoping for. The trees were so gorgeous and so was the weather! These two got to enjoy one of the prettiest fall days we’ve had this year.
These two are eloping in January and I can’t wait to document this special day!! It will be so special and just the way these two imagine. I can’t wait to watch Taylor walk to Dalton and say vows to one another. I can’t wait for that first kiss as soon as these two are announced husband and wife. I had such an amazing time with these two downtown! I can’t wait to see them again here in a few short months.
Their proposal story: Taylor lived in Evansville while going to USI while Dalton went to school a few hours away. He was set to graduate the following summer, so he planned on moving to Evansville. They hadn’t lived together before so they were soooooo excited! Dalton came down for the weekend after their 6 year dating anniversary to go apartment hunting. After a long day of looking at apartments, Dalton led Taylor to a park with a little lake and a bridge. Taylor was driving and extremely confused. So Dalton told her to get out of the car, so they could go on a walk. She was suspicious… it was probably 30 degrees outside! They walked for a few minutes before Dalton finally popped the question (the question she waited so many years for!) He put the ring on her finger and the two cried together. These were happy tears because the dream they have been dreaming for so long is finally happening! When Taylor turned around Dalton’s mom and sister were standing there. Dalton had them come down from Bloomington to take pictures and share the moment. Taylor says it was just an absolutely sweet moment and now, here they are nearly 8 years later and FINALLY getting married!!
Dalton + Taylor…thank you two SO much! I had such a wonderful time with you both! Can’t wait till January!!
Kyle and Kendyl are the sweetest. They are both bubbly, smitten with one another and I couldn’t be happier that they chose me to photograph their engagement session and wedding day! These two chose to have their engagement session in Cincinnati. If you know me, you know I love to travel and obviously said YES […]
I had the most fabulous time with Kristen and Jessey for their engagement session. We decided to host their session at the Lexington Botanical Gardens and it couldn’t have been prettier! Kristen’s white dress was so stunning and did you see her shoes! She looked So stunning. Jessey cleans up so great himself and I’m […]
Jayden and Hannah are one of my all time favorite couples. They are super laid back, fun and so amazing to be around. They had the most beautiful wedding day at Evansville Country Club. These two shared so many incredible moments and it was so hard to just choose a few images for the blog! […]

Set your budget The first thing you really need to do is set your wedding photography budget. This will allow you to know where you are before inquiring. One of the most common mistakes brides make {from my own experience and what I hear in the wedding world} is that brides inquire without really knowing […]
