Where are you from?
Not really anywhere! Lol. I’ve been a military kid all my life so I’ve had the privilege of growing up all around the US.
What ignited your passion for photography?
Flowers! I started photographing landscapes and architecture. Then it grew to photographing people!
What drew you to engagements and weddings?
In college I studied art and I’ve always loved how a piece of art could evoke emotions and tell a story. So I wanted to combine my two passions of photography and art. I feel like I’m able to tell a story when I photograph a couples journey. That is why I moved from landscape photography to wedding/engagement photography.
What has been your experience being an SSP Team member?
It’s been a great experience so far! I’ve learned so much and I can’t wait to continue this journey with Sharin.
Who is your favorite music artist?
Jack Johnson. I lived in Hawaii for five years, so his chill, island vibe is close to my heart.
What does your favorite date night look like?
My favorite date night would be packing a picnic and going on an adventure with my hubby.
What are you grateful for today?
My husband. He is my best friend and the love of my life. He is so encouraging and supportive of my endeavors. I am extremely thankful for him.
What is your favorite pastime?
I love painting and baking!
What is one thing you are most excited for this upcoming year?
Getting to know all of our sweet SSP couples!
