We are adding to our team! We are currently accepting applications for an associate wedding photographer!
ASSOCIATE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER POSITION:
Thank you for your interest in becoming an associate wedding photographer for Sharin Shank Photography. We are looking at hiring one associate this year. Ideally, we are hoping for an exclusive associate but we are open to a non-exclusive if you are the right fit.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Is responsible and communicates well
Has a flexible schedule
Has a natural eye for details and wedding photography
Is comfortable directing people and taking control of situations
Wants to become part of a team and is ready to contribute and have fun
Ability to commit to dates 6-12 months in advance and and can work a full Saturday/Sunday 15-20 times a year
Loves to learn and adapt to our wedding photography process
Would love to commit long term for this position
Is willing to train with Sharin, if needed, to become an associate
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Photographing engagement sessions and weddings as primary photographer
Possible second photographer for our team when needed
Learning our workflow and being in charge of client communication from booking to delivery
Once a month team meeting and joining our annual photoshoot, Christmas party and team retreat
Doing what it takes to get jobs done and contribute to our team
Most importantly, serving our couples really well to ensure a wonderful client experience
This is a seasonal business: Heavy bookings from April through November.
