Rick knew that one of Natosha’s all time favorite places to be is on Kentucky Lake. They had been talking about going boating for quite a while now and Memorial Day Weekend would be the perfect weekend to propose! Ricks parents had a camping site on Kentucky Lake so he decided to rent a boat and take his girl boating.
While they were driving around he turned up the radio that was playing their song. “Chris Stapleton’s More of You”. They drove around the lake for a while and once Rick knew that family had arrived he decided to take her back to their camping site. As they approached, Natosha could see a bunch of people lined up on the shore. As they got closer, she realized that they were holding up something big and blue. They finally got close enough and Natosha realized that it was a large blue sign that was held by family saying “WILL YOU MARRY ME?”
She turned around to look at Rick and he was already down on one knee. He asked her to be his wife!
She obviously said YES and when they got to shore she realized that Rick had even called her mom to be present and include their dogs. Natosha isn’t a crier but the tears were flowing on this very special day!
Rick and Natosha’s engagement session was amazing. These two had so much love during the session, they are absolutely the sweetest and I loved that they brought their dogs to be a part of the session too! I’m so lucky to know these two people and I’m head over heels about their New Harmony Engagement Session!
Some sessions just remind me why I love what I do—and this was one of them. Paige and Trey’s engagement session started downtown at the stunning George Rogers Clark Memorial for part one of their session, and then headed out to Bluegrass for part two. From start to finish, these two made my job so […]
