It was the most perfect day for a wedding in New Harmony! The sun was shining and there was alevely breeze. When we arrived at the Airbnb, Briley and her girl squad were all smiles! Everyone was so happy and excited for Briley and Jared’s wedding!
After I photographed Briley’s details and heirlooms, one of which included an old Bible that was passed down to her, I went to the Granery. It was so beautifully decorated. There were beautiful flowers and photographs of Briley and Jared on the staircases leading up to the ceremony location. I loved how every part of their wedding was a reflection of them and their journey as a couple.
One of my favorite moments of the day was right before Briley walked down the aisle. They had their engagement video played for everyone one to see. There were so many happy tears from everyone. It was really beautiful to see their love come full circle- from their engagement to this moment when they were pronounced husband and wife!
After the ceremony, they had hors d’oeuvres and yard games for their guests in the beautiful courtyard in front of the Granary. Once the cocktail hour was over, guests moved inside for dinner and dancing. From start to finish, Briley and Jared’s wedding was filled with love and laughter. It was truly a pleasure to be there and photograph this special day for them!
